Chimney Hill Estate Inn Wedding

Niki and Mike’s gorgeous Chimney Hill Inn Estate Wedding was one I was excited from the moment Niki booked me! I knew that the historic grounds made the perfect background for their special day. The Chimney Hill Estate Inn specializes in intimate weddings with a rustic feel. The colonial grounds offer incredible opportunities for photos. This was perfect for Niki and Mike!

Niki and Mike prepped for their big day in one of Chimney Hill Estate Inn’s cottages. Niki jammed to the easy-paced flow of Drake, while Mike prepped with Sunday Football in the background. The room was a cocktail of nervous energy and excitement as the moment came to see each other for the first time.

Niki and Mike saw each other for the first time under the landmark oak tree. I don’t know what they said to each other, but watching them smile, laugh and whisper words filled the area with love, joy and happiness.

After their first look, we walked around the grounds of the Chimney Hill Estate Inn to take portraits. The best part was when Niki saw deer off in the distance and told me to take a photo of them. I took one photo of them and it’s the best photo of deer ever…said nobody.

After some photos that did not include deer, it was time for them to become husband and wife!

“I do”

Niki and Mike’s short and sweet ceremony was under the oak tree. It’s the perfect setting to begin their life together as Mr. and Mrs. Schmitt.

The Chimney Hill Estate Inn filled the reception with rustic details. Candles, cigars and custom matches added to the ambiance that Niki and Mike wanted. Guests danced their way on distressed barn wood floors, beautiful flowers graced the tables, and good times and good vibes filled the air. Some guests mingled, some danced, but all had a great time celebrating with Niki and Mike.
